Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before departure. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 5% administrative fee applies to every cancellation, regardless of timing. Beyond this: cancelling 30 or more days before departure incurs a 30% charge on the package cost; cancelling 20–29 days before departure incurs a 50% charge; cancellations made within 14 days of departure, or a no-show, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking if you notify us 15 or more days before departure, subject to a 20% rescheduling cost. Requests made within 15 days of departure are treated as a cancellation under the policy above.

Weather & Force Majeure

Helicopter operations depend on weather conditions beyond our control. If a scheduled flight is cancelled, we first attempt to reschedule your darshan for the next available day. If a Dham genuinely cannot be completed during your trip, approximately ₹20,000 per seat is refunded for that specific missed Dham. Hotel, food, and ground transport costs already incurred are not compensated, as these are third-party expenses paid on your behalf.

Baggage & Weight

Each pilgrim is allowed 5kg of luggage, carried in a duffle bag we provide, due to limited helicopter cargo space. Every passenger has a free weight allowance of 75kg; any excess is charged at ₹2,000/kg. All passengers are weighed before boarding, and the aircraft has a total capacity limit of 450kg.

Documentation

Char Dham Yatra registration is mandatory each season. Indian pilgrims must provide a valid Aadhaar card, and foreign nationals must provide a passport, at the time of booking.
